This was our second time at the Renaissance. The Hotel has a centric and quiet location. The room is clean and confortable. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.

Perfekt Hotel. Staff is exellent. General menager Mr Gede deserve more the 10. Geger beach and some other is litlle bit far. I had scooter and it waz good for me. Generaly I am very satisfide .

Everything was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was super good! The room was clean and well maintained. The facilities were lovely, the pool and massage area was wonderful. You have to try a massage. The location is well connected to go to the beach and to Bali collection area. And all of this for a very good price!

The physical property is genuinely stunning. The attention to detail in the design is impressive - from the thoughtfully arranged furniture to the beautiful accessories that complement the space. I particularly loved how plants and flowers were incorporated throughout the property, creating a lush, tropical atmosphere that felt authentically Balinese. The pool area was a definite highlight - well-maintained and the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Everything about the facilities showed care and excellent maintenance. Special mention goes to the staff members Ayu and Oko, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. Their warm service made daily interactions a pleasure.

The hotel was stunning, the pool was amazing, so clean, friendly staff, great location, service was amazing. We chose not to add breakfast as it was expensive for what was on offer but there were other options available close by. We will definitely be back.
