Staff were amazing, so kind and attentive - you can't find that level of hospitality and service in Europe. Hotel was great, amenities also, restaurants and food rich in offer and taste, all in all it was a great experience. So happy that you can light a cigar at the pool bar and enjoy many, many great tasting cocktails. Also Tony at the bar was amazing!

The room was very spacious and very clean, and the swimming pool was beautiful and peaceful; the reception was also friendly and kind, especially Livia and Radha, who were very generous and tried really hard to solve issues we encountered, and we will come back next time. It definitely deserves to be a top-rated property!

The physical property is genuinely stunning. The attention to detail in the design is impressive - from the thoughtfully arranged furniture to the beautiful accessories that complement the space. I particularly loved how plants and flowers were incorporated throughout the property, creating a lush, tropical atmosphere that felt authentically Balinese. The pool area was a definite highlight - well-maintained and the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Everything about the facilities showed care and excellent maintenance. Special mention goes to the staff members Ayu and Oko, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. Their warm service made daily interactions a pleasure.

Club access provides drinks and snacks midday. Room facilities are more than sufficient and comfortable. Hotel territory very beautiful, super clean, green, and of marvellous design. Pools for adults and kids, jacuzzi, plunge pool, gym, sauna, water slides - everything at your disposal. We stay here the third time already, and this is just the beginning for us ))
