The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were very friendly and proffesional. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from, this is the best hotel, excellent value for money, would love to go back.

We loved our cottage; the bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should, and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely; a pool man made sure the pool was always clean and he also provided the towels and looked after the adjacent pool bar. The ledge just inside the pool was a favourite spot to sit and read my book. The other favourite place was sitting on the verandah eating the delicious room service either for breakfast or dinner. We couldn’t see anyone else’s cottage from our verandah. It was all very private as the layout of cottages was very clever.

Very decent property in the center of Kuta. Everything is clean, spacious, convenient.

Amazing location, staff more than helpful and just generally lovely people. Super clean and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner and we loved the drag queen show! Very lovely property and we’d definitely choose to stay here again!
