When I saw that some customers gave a very bad notation to this hotel, honestly I was really afraid to book a night there ! But finally I tried my chance and I didn't regret it ! They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL Billy from front desk showed us the property and the views from the room are spectacularly “Monumental”. They have thought of everything and provide exceptional personalised service. Randy at the fitness center is professional and eager to help. Spa and massages are awesome.
