The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

The property went through a major revamp and it looks unrecognizable to its older self. It’s absolutely gorgeous by all accounts, ticking the boxes on location, entrance grandeur, fantastic pool area, wonderful gym, lobby cafe restaurant with great views to Bundara Hi / lights show, fair breakfast choices, comfortable and well equipped room, and the usual high standards Indonesian hospitality.
