The location was amazing, on a side street from the busy main road and surprisingly quiet and safe area. The roads are narrow in general without sidewalk so just be aware of cars and scooters. The staff was incredibly available 24/7 and helpful, looking up questions and offering ideas, and letting me know when they weren't sure. They even responded quickly over Whatsapp before I arrived when I had some questions. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked good! I loved their environmental focus - with glass refillable water bottles in the room. They have a minifridge and shower and a smart TV to connect Netflix etc if wanted.

Absolutely amazing place. A little slice of heaven in the madness that is Kuta 😂 The villa is gorgeous and very private. I already miss the bed and shower - they were perfection. The pool is magical and we loved everything about this stay. Breakfast was delivered every morning and we felt like royalty.

Amazing location, staff more than helpful and just generally lovely people. Super clean and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner and we loved the drag queen show! Very lovely property and we’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Amnaya Kuta is an exceptional hotel in Bali and we highly recommended this to everyone! The hotel is centrally located in Kuta where you can easily get around anywhere, yet it is tugged away in a quiet alley away from the busy street so you can also enjoy an absolute serenity there. The staff are super friendly and they went extra miles to ensure that we have the best time there, all requests were attended to in a timely and professional manner. The reception team and house keeping team, Dee, Septi and Trisma are extremely helpful, many thanks for your wonderful service! The facilities are spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. There's zero things we do not like about this hotel.

we stayed in penthouse suite both ocean view and city view - the best hotel stay i’ve ever had! incredible service! love allll the staffs! food and beverages acceptable. breakfast bakso soup and congee were sooo yummy!
