All the staff from 'Aussie' and her colleagues at the Front Desk to our lovely waitress at breakfast were fantastic. Our huge twin rooms (deluxe) were awesome and the location was great, with only a 200 metre or so walk to nice shopping plaza (with Burger King, KFC etc) which you walk through to the beach pavilion. Hot water, air con and internet all good. Free high quality ala cart breakfast was generous (free fruit platter and juice and coffee or tea for everyone, followed by order of croissants etc, then starters or cereals and then main course. Great value price for the three rooms as well. A shout out and thank you to Booking.Com for making it possible to specifically book twin bed rooms and not the totally useless double or twin option all other sites and even the hotels themselves on their sites offer.

Poppies was the only way we were able to tolerate Kuta. It truly is an oasis. They could easily fall back on the setting and location alone, but they don’t. Breakfast was wonderful, the pool was perfect, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.

Amazing location, staff more than helpful and just generally lovely people. Super clean and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner and we loved the drag queen show! Very lovely property and we’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.

    Very modern, very clean and well run, Waterbom Bali is a fantastic place to spend a day. We really liked the cashless bracelets. You put money on the bracelet at the start of the day and you can buy food and drinks in the park (nice choice of food). The prices are comparable to the expat places outside. At the end of the day, return your bracelet and whatever credit left is returned to you in cash. The slides are very good and there are slides for everyone. Some of them will give you a nice adrenalin rush! There are developments in the park too so more attractions are coming. The gardens are beautiful and we also loved the lazy river for quiet times. The staff is super friendly and there were a lot of inflatable rings so that you did not have to fight for them!
