Clean, comfortable, with very friendly staff. There is one elderly cleaning person from Ukraine who was so friendly and helpful. I would go back just because of her! Breakfast was very good; the desk attendants were friendly and helpful; the dinner was very good too. We took bus tours that left at 645am and about 50 meters from the hotel. Easy walk to Croke Park and downtown. Perfect location.

The Gresham is located on O’Connell Street, very near to lots of sightseeing, restaurants, and transportation. We loved the old-style hotel feel but with contemporary conveniences like good wifi, etc. The staff are top-drawer, helpful, kind, professional, but not intrusive. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Upon arriving in the early morning, the staff helped us store our luggage safely so that we could go out for a stroll down a near-by shopping street.

Excellent location near the GPO and O’Connell Street. The staff were very friendly and provided great recommendations. The rooms were a bit dated but comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and had great service- they offer a good Irish breakfast. The hotel has deep connections with Irish history, and was a venue for the meeting of Irish nationalists and was damaged during the 1916 Easter uprising.
