United StatesIt’s a unique, well decorated townhouse with attention to details. It’s both comfortable and beautiful. The continental breakfast is fresh and delicious with whole fruits, cheeses, jams, pastries, salmon, extra drinks, and teas/coffees provided inside your accommodations.
There is plenty of on site parking in a gated private lot with a private walkway leading into the seafood restaurant.

United KingdomWe had excellent communication from Marie. We were greeted on arrival and provided with bread, eggs and milk for our stay. The location was super, a short walk to Portmagee and we were given a voucher to the local cliffs! Lovely apartment and the donkeys on site were great!! I would highly recommend for a trip to Portmagee!

Book far ahead - six months! - and be mentally prepared in case the weather doesn't cooperate. If conditions aren't safe for a landing you will likely still be able to take a boat just offshore and enjoy this amazing place. But if you do get to land like we did, wear appropriate footwear and take along rangear, water and snacks. If you are shy of unprotected heights or don't like walking up and down over 600 rock steps, this isn't the place for you to hike. But if you're OK with that you'll have an experience of a lifetime.

The apartment was convenient with less than a 5 minute drive to the downtown Portmagee, and we were still able to wake up in the stunning countryside of Southwest Ireland. The review would be incomplete without mentioning the amazing hospitality of the property manager Marie. She was flexible and responsive to our very delayed check-in and was considerate for our entire stay. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking enjoy the Skellig Michael experience and people looking to enjoy local beaches and chocolate factory.

This was a quaint hotel in Portmagee that we choose because we were planning on doing the Skellig Michael tour (got cancelled due to high seas) and the boat leaves from across the street from the hotel. The room included a sitting area, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and was hearty. Very enjoyable.

Location was perfect for us - we were taking a boat trip to Skellig Michael and were mins from dock. Apartment was clean and cute. Perfect for a family of four. Appreciated being able to leave car for the day.

Wow! Absolutely stunning view of the bay right from the bedroom window. Enjoyed watching the sunset from bed both nights!
The hosts were incredible and made an absolutely wonderful breakfast. The beautiful view from the breakfast nook made breakfast even better! The host also prepared us a nice sack lunch (for a small fee).
The house is only a few minutes from Portmagee (Skellig Michael tour) and several fantastic seafood places. Can't recommend enough!
