Everything was exceptional! Starting from the customer service call the day before our arrival to check if there is any special request. Amazing staff everywhere, , extremely friendly and welcoming let it be at the reception, housekeeping and restaurants. Large room with a nice view of Eilat bay. Great facilities and a comfortable queen bed. Activities during the day and night. Close proximity to the bus station (1 min walk) to Ramon airport and Taba. Best value for money.

The place is amazingly beautiful, well appointed and decorated. Many properties say "luxury" but I don't know compared to what, this is a really luxurious experience that makes you feel like a king. In a lot of hotels throughout the Middle East, staff are sometimes not so well trained and even receptionists are limited compared to people in other parts of the world. Here, they were very on point, efficent, kind, great language skills. I had the opportunity to talk with the spa staff, also fantastic. A fantastic experience all over.

All staff and the ovner of the Hotel, Mr Ziyad were amazing and we are very happy met such a good and friendly people. They offer us more than we payed for, but above all we feel very wellcomed. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a big terrace. Breakfast was delicious and cheff was happy to made for us even more. Hotel is on a very good location in the center near all the best restorants, open market, fortress, public beach and everything is walking distance. Strongly recomend this Hotel. Rooms are modern and good size. Extremely clean and the staff is nice. The value you get for the price is a great deal. But even better is the location, it is in middle of busy nightlife with many things happening around and not far from beach.
