Hotels near Chandni Chowk Metro Station, New Delhi

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a doorman with a mustache, and the refreshing rose water offered at check-in set a wonderful tone for my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely shower and plenty of complimentary drinking water. I was also impressed by the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food and beverages, with some items made to order hot and fresh. The breakfast was so delightful that it made me excited to start each day, eager to enjoy both the delicious food and the warm smiles that greeted me The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive, well-mannered, and friendly, always eager to ensure a positive experience. This same level of service was evident across all departments especially with the Executive Housekeeper, her exceptional service left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her attention and assistance. The gym was well-maintained and clean, and I felt safe there, knowing security was always present just outside the gate. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful evening check-ins by housekeeping, offering any assistance I may have needed, which demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the Civil Line metro station, restaurants, hospital, and convenience stores. Maiden Hotel will always be my sanctuary away from home, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

I was a little hesitant to book a place with just a few reviews (and when they're overwhelmingly positive it can be suspect) but given it's a newer property I took the risk. And glad I did, the one-night stay was perfect. It's only been open a couple months so everything is new and fresh. The decor is upscale and just like the photos. At check-in they brought me a bottle of cold water and bottle of juice and the room had a basket with complimentary bananas, cookies and chips. Really fine touches for something in this price category. The room was very quiet (it faced the back, had a window but no view). This is a great choice if you want to be near Delhi Station but want to avoid the madness of Paharganj. Next time I swing through I'll book again.

The staff welcomed me after having some struggles with a previous booking, where the hotel was actually in construction and I had an alternative solution. They saved me for the night. Kumar has been very kind and messaged me to make sure that all was ok. The room is big and the bed is confortable. The bathroom is spacious and has hot water. Plus there's AC and a fan for the warmth. The hotel is fairly close to the metro station and the chauk. Thank you for hosting me for the night ♡
