Excellent. Can't say more. Staff, room, breakfast, complimentary bmw7 transfer, restaurant, overall cleanless.

The hospitality was exceptional. My best experience at a hotel. The hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer as part of my room booking. There was a gentleman who welcomed us at the airport and handed us over to the driver who took us to the hotel in a comfortable SUV. We arrived at the hotel at around 4:30pm and 3 members of staff were ready to welcome us at the entrance as we had come off an overnight flight the staff took us directly to our room and the check in process was done in the comfort of our room. This was 5 star service and very thoughtful. I’ve never experienced this before. The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the hotel had provided sweets for republic day - this was a very lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent taste and quality. Staff were attentive and even the housekeeping staff were exceptional. We had flowers with us in a bouquet and the next day the housekeeping had put our flowers in a vase. All these small things made a HUGE impact and difference. We had dinner at House of Ming and the Chinese food was impressive. The hotel is walking distance to India Gate so perfect location too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything. The Imperial is one of those unique places to visit and experience at least once in a lifetime.

Staff was very nice and professional. Upgraded us to a suite. Room was clean with sufficient supply of bottled water.

Our stay in the Hyatt exceeded expectations and all the staff made sure that we are enjoying the stay.specially, for food, you will have several choices in various restaurants.

Prime location, super clean, wonderful staff, and a superb breakfast. They have good restaurant options as well. P.S.: Special mention for their staff Mr.Meheer. Very professional.
