Breakfast was provided each morning to my room, and one could order lunch or dinner. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Main Bazaar, and in a quiet neighborhood. The English-speaking host helped in any way, and even gave me a ride to the hospital when I needed some minor care. Naman, the manager, is amazing in his service-orientation and attention to detail. His entire staff shows the same high quality. Room is very large, bathroom is totally updated, there is 24x7 hot water, power, and strong wifi. My balcony has spectacular view and an outside sitting area. They could arrange activities, drivers, make dining and shopping recommendations, and helped us acclimatize to the altitude. Rooms are simple but comfortable and there is plentiful filtered water.
