The hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer as part of my room booking. There was a gentleman who welcomed us at the airport and handed us over to the driver who took us to the hotel in a comfortable SUV. We arrived at the hotel at around 4:30pm and 3 members of staff were ready to welcome us at the entrance as we had come off an overnight flight the staff took us directly to our room and the check in process was done in the comfort of our room. This was 5 star service and very thoughtful. I’ve never experienced this before. The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the hotel had provided sweets for republic day - this was a very lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent taste and quality. Staff were attentive and even the housekeeping staff were exceptional. We had flowers with us in a bouquet and the next day the housekeeping had put our flowers in a vase. All these small things made a HUGE impact and difference. We had dinner at House of Ming and the Chinese food was impressive. The hotel is walking distance to India Gate so perfect location too. I highly recommend this hotel.

BelgiumThe friendliness of the staff, the exceptionally beautiful decorations - very royal feeling, the lounge access, the care the staff extends - I wasn't feeling well one morning and they arranged for breakfast to be sent up to the room with food that would be supportive for my stomach, wine + cheese were delivered to the room as a token of the hotel to make us feel welcome and guarantee a pleasant stay.
