I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

What I loved about the property was there continual focus on knowing you as a person. This was my 10th stay at this four seasons, and they recognized it gave me an upgrade to an executive suite.  particularly attentive was Mr. Fagun Singh the chief Concierge), who is there to meet me when I arrived make sure that my room was spectacular and gave me the room upgrade and was there when I departed to make sure I was on my way… He is superb

The location was very nice and quiet. It feels good to have such a locality near the very busy streets of Mumbai. With the benefit of being very close to Railway station ,markets and the mall. The staff were very humble. They fulfilled all the requests we made during our stay. Pleasant stay overall.
