वैसे तो सब अच्छा है लेकिन एक दिन पहले कॉल करके पैसे मांगा गया मैने जब मन किया तो बोला गया कि रूम कैंसिल कर रहे लेकिन चेक इन के दिन तक रूम कैंसिल नहीं था तो मैने अराइवल टाइम 7 बजे किया तो और होटल जाकर पूछा तो बोले कि मेरे नाम से कोई बुकिंग नहीं मैने बोला उनकी ऑनलाइन दूसरी बार बुक कर रहा हु तो बोला गया तब तो 11 बजे चेक इन करने देंगे तो मुझे ज्यादा पेमेंट करके ऑफलाइन बुकिंग करनी पड़ी और सुबह वाली मेरी अराइवल टाइम का मेरे पास मैसेज शाम को आया कि आपका एराइवल टाइम 7 बजे एलाऊ कर दिया गए है लेकिन होटल फैसिलिटी अच्छी है .
