The whole atmosphere and history of this amazing building and now Hotel it’s unique.

They served me lunch even though the kitchen was about to close.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty! From the front desk staff, to the bar staff to the restaurant - everyone made our stay perfect! This was our 6th time in Venice but first stay here. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you for some wonderful memories!

Old fashion service Very homey feel

The staff were very kind. It was cheap and the room was just the right size. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is tucked away on one of the many canals of Venice and with a beautiful view from the balcony, quiet area and peacefully set out room, this is a must when in Venice! Jump on a water taxi from the main train station and you're a short walk to the hotel. It is run by a family that are so lovely and with a restaurant downstairs that serves incredible dining in a courtyard littered with trees.

room number 505. was excellent, in the Venntian style! and the modern bathroom is a large room. it is convenient to enter using an electronic key!

Location superb, large room and host let us keep the room until late next day as they did not have next day booking.

Great location Clean Close to Academia bridge

The location of this hotel was excellent - it was near a vaporetto stop on Venice's Grand Canal. We had a view of one of the smaller canals frequented by gondolas. The breakfast was excellent; the room was comfy, large, and bathroom facilities were excellent.

Location, room, service, everything

A fantastic stay at Novecento. The location is ideal — perfectly central yet peaceful, allowing us to explore all of Venice on foot. The staff were exceptionally helpful and proactive, reaching out via WhatsApp before and during our stay, which made communication smooth and efficient. The smart check-in process was seamless, clever, and very convenient. The room was comfortable, with an excellent bed, and the intimate size of the hotel added a personal, welcoming feel. Breakfast was consistent each day — simple but exactly what you need to start a full day in Venice. The decoration was charming and tasteful, making it feel more like a local friend's home than a hotel. Highly recommended.
