The staff was extremly kind, attentive and accommodating. The setting is quite romantic, with a courtyard and pergola for enjoying the outdoors. Breakfest was delicious. Would definitely stay there again should I happen to come to Venice again.

The room was a nice size and very comfortable. The location is very good. An easy walk to most sites, and a very quiet setting. The breakfast selection is amazing. Plenty of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries, plus eggs to order and a changing special of the day. Also a Prosecco cocktail with different juices each morning. The staff at the hotel are truly welcoming and make you feel very much at home.

I had the privilege of staying in a room with a hot tub, and it was absolutely spectacular! Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring Venice was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. For a 4-star hotel, the service is absolutely spectacular-on par with what you'd expect from a 5-star property. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, which is perfect for those looking to escape the crowds, yet it's just a 15-minute walk to the central area. Additionally, there's a large canal right at the hotel's entrance, making it incredibly convenient for those arriving by transfer or boat. Every detail reflects care and quality, from the outstanding service to the impeccable facilities. Without a doubt, I will recommend the Palazzo Veneziano to my friends, and I can't wait to return for another amazing stay! +
