The staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. The location was great as it was right next door to the Rome Termini train station, which is exactly what we needed. The availability of water, coffee and hot chocolate at reception at all times is a really good idea. I prefer tea but this did not detract from the novelty of having this available at all the times when reception is open.
The location was excellent as it was very near to Rome Termini Train Station which made it very convenient to travel to and from other locations. The owner/manager was very courteous and helpful. We appreciated the free water bottles made accesible to us during our stay
Roberto was a great help to us as we arrived early to Rome and got the room ready for us in no time. The location is right beside Rome Termini train station so it is ideal for those coming from the station. Very clean and spacious.
So many shoe shops! It can be a little overwhelming, but with so many beautiful, Italian made shoes to choose from you will be spoiled for choice. If you are looking for a bargain, try the streets opposite Termini station where there are lots of bargain outlets selling beautiful leather shoes at half price and better. If you are a fan of beautiful boots, you'll be in heaven.
I mention this because after a while the touristy areas packed with travellers and venders alike soon become a bit tiring, and in Rome unfortunately there are few places you can escape the hussle and bustle as the attractions though within walking distance make up a large space of Rome, so I suggest if you want a quiet afternoon away from it all head to Rome's largest and prettiest park in Villa Borgesese at the top of Rome. Easily accessable by two metro stops, by bus, or what I did was walk - its not that far from Termini station or even attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Its Rome largest park at 6km diameter and even has its own zoo. There are plenty of benches, water fountains, and Rome's best kept secret - public toilets. There is a lot to do other than just being a nice afternoon sitting in the shade enjoying the peace and serenity, as I said there is a zoo, a playground, a man made lake, an art gallery, and some café areas. You can even hire out segways, gocarts and up to 6 person bicycle carts.

ask for a walking map of the city. From Rome Termini Station Vatican is just one hour away and while walking there you can see many places
