The room was super comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, in particular Jenny at the reception. Location was really good, avoiding the busy centre but with loads of options for food and drinks around and close to the Metro. Would definitely stay again.

Nice building, very clean and most of all, it is close to the major city landscapes. The rooms have a transitional style of decor that is functional and comfortable. The breakfast room had a modern italian appeal.

I will not come to Milan again.

I will not come to Milan again. I had my phone wallet stolen on a packed Metro on my way from the centrale station to the Duomo. No security people to talk to at the Metro stations so reported to the police in the main station. I was told to go away and find a phone(mine had just been stolen) to cancel my cards and come back when I had done this. Luckily the B&B owner lent me his phone several hours later when I got back . It would have been useful in the police station if they showed understanding. My friend witnessed a man being knocked to the ground outside the central station as someone tried to steal his phone. THIS IS NOT GOOD . My tip would be to hide your phone beneath clothing, though unsure how you use it!!!
