everything, the place is very lovely the staff are amazing and super sweet as two Saudi ladies we felt very very safe and welcomed I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my family and friends 💕 the area is very safe and close to the Park the Duomo is easy to reach by public transportation or even a walk if you feel like it

Very nice experience. Friendly staff. Super clean and well prepared. Perfect position, close to all public transport stations. Less than 15 minutes to the Duomo by metro. Parking cost 15 euro per day in the hotel backyard. Very good breakfast included. All around - highly recommended hotel.

Every good thing I would say is already in reviews, that is why I chose this hotel. Location is wonderful, next to metro and close to Porta Garibaldi train station from which you can catch a train to Malpensa airport or Genoa like we did. Staff very friendly, bed super comfortable, quality breakfast except maybe coffee not super. They fitted almost every amenity in a relatively small space, except perhaps iron. No worries they have no drawers, instead a large stand to lay your suitcase open so it serves you as a drawer. Mosquito repellent provided at reception if asked. Very convenient hotel, again, location is so good in so many ways, and the overall ambiance is positive and welcoming. Would gladly return to Milan and this particular hotel. Thank you for all your efforts, thoughtful design and nice staff, and of course very cute birthday surprise!

I like the location very much. It was really important for us to reach everywhere by walk. We stayed 2 nights and we didnt hurry to catch transport. Breakfast was super delicious and lot of choice. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Room was very clean and we had almost anything necessary. We highly recommend this hotel.

    I will not come to Milan again.

    I will not come to Milan again. I had my phone wallet stolen on a packed Metro on my way from the centrale station to the Duomo. No security people to talk to at the Metro stations so reported to the police in the main station. I was told to go away and find a phone(mine had just been stolen) to cancel my cards and come back when I had done this. Luckily the B&B owner lent me his phone several hours later when I got back . It would have been useful in the police station if they showed understanding. My friend witnessed a man being knocked to the ground outside the central station as someone tried to steal his phone. THIS IS NOT GOOD . My tip would be to hide your phone beneath clothing, though unsure how you use it!!!

    Good for one-night stay, could be a tiny for longer period. The host meet us in person. The location could be little far from the city centre (1 hour by walking or 25-30 minutes on the metro/tram) and not so polished, but we want to explore the area around San Siro and CityLife after a two week in Milan and other cities.
