The best I have seen in years. True it's a small hotel on a humble street. But the detail of the cleanliness is unbelievable, something I have not seen in 5 star hotels. The color scheme inside the hotel and rooms is eye soothing and very well designed. Anna is the best host you can meet.

Property is beyond beautiful. I was speechless after seeing the location. The property has oceanic views, wonderful amenities, and great location to Civitavecchia center. I would like to also express my gratitude to the staff. I am from USA, and I am new to traveling. However, the staff was so eager to help provide knowledge of taxi information and food recommendations. I commend the staff for their hospitality. I will be returning to this location in the future. The hotel is close to every point that needed. All by wallking inclood baggages. To the port and the shoping center. The staf were exelelnt even after a week of crews they let us to stay in the hotel use the facilyties till leaving to the airport. Like your owne family

An amazing highly recommended stay prior to/after cruise! The staff is just amazing and helpful! We used the hotel’s transfer (for very reasonable price) from FCO airport to the hotel, the driver was perfect! In hotel we got an upgrade to the suite with breathtaking huge balcony! The hotel is very very clean!!! Very good breakfast! And transfer to the ship terminal! Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! Thanks a lot!!!

Loved the whole experience. Rustic accommodations, and amazing view. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast, dinner and bar: great food and plentiful. We strolled the property, walked up and down the hilly roadside (visited Terme Taurine) and hung out poolside for two days. Hotel and restaurant staff provided exceptional service, went above and beyond to help.

Excellent and convenient location if you need to get to Civitavecchia Port for your cruise. Located just a couple of walking minutes from the shuttle to the ships and across street to a drop-off to rental cars.

    Exceptionally clean, contemporary, beautifully designed and decorated 'Guesthouse ' The bed was very comfortable in a great size room with a nice balcony. The pizza place across the street is fabulous and incredibly busy. The location is only 15 minutes from Civitavecchia Porto Ferry and town. We had an extremely pleasant stay and enjoyed our visit with Tito and Guisluca at breakfast. Civitavecchia is a fun little town by the Sea.

    Close to Civitavecchia Port. Hotel staff was friendly, informative, and extremely responsive to questions prior to arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Nice part (restaurants, bars, etc) of Civitavecchia was only a couple of blocks away. Checkout is at 10:30 and you can call a cab and head straight over to the cruise ship. There is a shuttle bus that runs to the port but we never saw it or its pickup spot.

    7 Bell's House was a great property for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise ship at the Civitavecchia port. Andrea was extremely flexible with our arrival and getting us in to our room as early as possible. He gave us great suggestions of things to do in the area. The property was well renovated (recently) and the rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms were large and also newly renovated. There was a nice bar next door where we could get great coffee and pastries. We would definitely stay here again.
