Very friendly staff, located 2 min from the bus to Venice which runs every 10 minutes, breakfast is good, coffee is good, rooms are specious and clean, bed is comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel offers good dinner and wine selection at normal prices.

Lovely, serene location. Large rooms, private garden patio. Free shuttle to Venice drop off point. Perfect for a quick overnight stop on the way to Croatia. Highly recommend for a quick visit to Venice. Terrific staff. Would definitely stay again.
