Everything was exceptional. We arrived at 11pm and the staff were there to welcome us and help with our luggage. Staff were extremely helpful and polite Room was excellent as was the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was included in the room price and there was a great variety offered. Food was excellent. Short walk from the local train station, but a few stops from Naples Central. Close to many restaurants. Room was very clean. Maybe a little small for twin beds but comfortable.

    Take a tour so you learn the history and see some of the unique building designs that are easy to overlook. Especially have the zodiac floor mosaic explained. The building itself is fascinating. It’s also a great central landmark if you get “lost” in the maze of streets in Napoli.

    Excellent, modern suite. AC in super hot weather was working exceptionally well. Right in front of the beautiful Galleria Umberto. Also close to Spanish street and Maradona's statue. The hosts were very pleasant, they also own a sushi place called Tatami which my kids loved!! Overall, a great place to stay in Naples!

    The Hotel is in Excellent Location, inside Galleria Umberto, The Building housing the Hotel is also very clean, the Room was of Adequate size , decently furnished with a Desk, a Sofa , a Chair, and adequate Storage and Closet space. there was also Shared Lounge with Free Coffee Facilities. The Staff at the reception was Helpful and Nice. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Naples.

    Our host was extremely accommodating and communication was instant. Our room was available to us as soon as we arrived and Fulvio (our host) made many great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The Galleria Umberto is such a cool building and the apartment was provides guests with a unique perspective. Restaurant recommendation: la Larrara. This was very traditional trattoria and where locals ate and a good value.
