I loved everything! The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and has everything you need. And in the corridor there are machines for coffee, tea and water. The location is very convenient to reach any point of Milan, and the bus and tram stops are right across the hotel. And the best part are the employees, they are all amazing. They are so sweet and they helped me a lot. Thank you so much again for the great stay and saving me and helping me catch my train, it was almost impossible!! Thank you so much, I hope I can return!

Everything specially the friendly staff in the front desk Mr. Enrico and Mrs. Giulia who were super helpful offering guidance in everything. Also Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Naji were around whenever we needed help. And the staff at the breakfast were so neat and fast serving and helping us. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was also very quiet — our room faced partially towards the street, so we didn’t hear any of the loud conversations or parties other guests mentioned, which seemed to be happening in the inner courtyard. We were lucky and everything went perfectly. I’d especially like to highlight the hotel staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. During breakfast, one of the staff members was particularly attentive; he kindly offered us fried eggs (which is quite unusual in Italy), and even offered us a second cup of coffee. It was a small gesture, but it showed real thoughtfulness and hospitality

EVERYTHING. impeccable service, concierge was incredible, beautiful breakfast, great location next to shops, secure parking right down the street. would come back and stay again happily. the courtyard in the lobby was so charming. i didnt want to leave!
