Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note from the staff—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room quality was spectacular, blending luxury and comfort seamlessly. Staying in a palazzo built in 1557 was a unique experience; the renovations beautifully preserved its historical charm while adding modern, high-end touches. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight, with delicious and fresh offerings that made each morning delightful. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued as guests. The entire staff was outstanding, not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable. They kept us informed and offered excellent suggestions on where to go and what to do in and around the city. They even went the extra mile by providing tips for the next city we were staying in, making our travels even more enjoyable.
