Honestly, we were a bit sceptic because the hotel was considered a 3-star hotel. However, the great breakfasts, awesome room with a very clean toilet and a very friendly staff, it was just too hard not to mention this hotel.

The location is good, and the staff is the kindest, especially at the reception. I had a minor issue and they fixed it immediately, I don’t think many hotels would have been so efficient at that time late in the evening. I’m very grateful for their kindness and I would definitely come back if ever in Rome again. Thank you Carlos especially for your care!!

My fiancee (now) had a birthday, for our surprise the hotel made a small birthday cake at breakfast (out of order), and made another surprise for both of us that evening. The staff was so welcomed and touchy. They made our stay very comfortable and pleased. So far the best hotel experience ever. Though, I've been in dedicated 5 stars SPA Resorts (not in Italy, but different country) this hotel I can definitely rate it with 5+ stars.

The location was great, It is in the center, every thing around you , All The staff of the hotel were great especially Mr.Marco he provided us with all the informations we need even before we ask. The rooms in the hotel were small but the hearts of all the workers there were big and that’s for me more than enough.
