It was beautiful, we booked last minute to stay longer in Firenze and they were very welcoming. We were upgraded to one of their best rooms on the top floor, with beautiful, original exposed beams and a balcony. Gorgeous historic hotel, excellent standard.

The location is absolutely amazing. So central to reach everything you want to see and have a break after hours of walking around. the rooftop bar is excellent with great views and the staff was helpful and friendly.
