Location is in the nice part of Livorno. Close to the ocean walk! Room was very nice and charming. We got the room with the balcony and loved looking out at the sky.

it’s a gorgeous boutique hotel; exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the sea where there’s a wonderful walking/running and biking bath that stretches for miles and miles along the beautiful water. Delicious breakfast with made to order cappuccino and fresh pastries, cheeses, breads, fruit, fresh juice and cereal. Family owned and operated and the owners could not have been better hosts.
