Staff were so helpful at the front desk.
The breakfast was very delicious. They have a set menu but when I asked for boiled eggs instead of scrambled and poached they provided that.

NetherlandsEverything was just great here, from the early check-in they arranged for us, till the fantastic breakfast just before we caught a train. Maybe we were a bit lucky to have the last room of the corridor which is perhaps more quiet and spacious, but in general this hotel seems to have good, quiet and clean rooms - and the location close to the duomo and the railway station is perfect.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note from the staff—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room quality was spectacular, blending luxury and comfort seamlessly. Staying in a palazzo built in 1557 was a unique experience; the renovations beautifully preserved its historical charm while adding modern, high-end touches.
Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight, with delicious and fresh offerings that made each morning delightful. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The entire staff was outstanding, not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable. They kept us informed and offered excellent suggestions on where to go and what to do in and around the city. They even went the extra mile by providing tips for the next city we were staying in, making our travels even more enjoyable.
If you’re considering booking at Palazzo Zimara, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem, perfect for special occasions or simply indulging in a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!
