The room however, had good shutters which muffled a lot of the noise, and I have good earplugs. Even though the neighborhood is lively (after all, this place is on the edge of the Vucciria, the old market and bazar area), the bedrooms are very quiet (double glass panes) and the apartment feels like a litte oasis in the city. It was also a walking distance to the Teatro Massimo. The apartment was immaculate, and the sheets and towels smelled so fresh and clean!
