Everything was spot on. Rooms were so clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating and the location was super to get around the Shonan area, including Enoshima, Kamakura and the Shonan beaches

    This hotel was close to JR Fujisawa Station, so it was a very convenient place for an overnight stay. Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.

    The location was not that far from Fujisawa Station, you can walk within 10~15 minutes then arrive at the hotel. The included breakfast was okay. And the drinks are free from many options.

    The room was clean, comfortable and modern - couldn't be faulted. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Fujisawa Station. There are also plenty of nearby car parks (around 1200 yen/day). Staff were friendly and polite. The free tea bar was much appreciated.
