The breakfast buffet and the staff escorting and carrying our luggage to the exact place on the platform where we boarded our Shinkansen car. We did not request this service it was just offered. Service was wonderful.

Location is excellent across from Tokyo station. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes of the hotel gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely amenities. Staff was exceptionally helpful and held bags before and after visit, went above and beyond to help with organizing taxi rides. Close to shopping and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from main station across the street.

This hotel in every aspect meets our need. I liked the room size, particularly the bathroom. I enjoyed all three breakfast restaurants in the hotel, all good and enjoyable. We stayed for 5 nights. The flexibility of choosing among the three restaurants allowed us to experience a variety of food and the interesting settings.
