Room and whole building was great, old look but nice and clean everything. Staff absolutely amazing, very helpful and always nice. Chef hands down food absolutely amazing highlighting soba dishes exceptional. Very great for solo or couples travel! Definitely will visit again.

Every time I travel I always look for great accommodation to make my trip even more enjoyable even if it is just to rest or sleep. I am very happy that I chose your hotel because it is very close to the train station. Comfortable location, just 10 mins walk from the Nagano station. Great if you plan to visit around and use trains/buses a lot. Spacious room, with well-equipped bathroom. All you may need, plus a small fridge and a kettle. We had very good night's sleep. Good breakfast, a lot to choose from. A bonus of free lockers for guests in the lobby, to use for luggage without bothering the hotel staff. Overall wonderful value for this price!
