Everything. Staff were friendly and attentive including valet parking service. Hotel was a lovely building in a beautiful setting. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff will make your beds up whilst at dinner. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding, a delicious selection of traditional and locally sourced japanese cuisine in a very aesthetic room. We only used the outdoor onsen which you take the funicular to. It was clean with beautiful views and not busy during our visit.

Location next to Biwano Taki & Kazurabashi Bridge. Super nice and helpful staff. Great open-air bath. We had a relax stay here and super nice dinner & breakfast. We will come back again.

Traditional Japanese house with tatami on the floor and the sliding door. When we arrived all the heaters were on keeping the place warm waiting for us. It's a sharehouse but you can't hear anyone else around the house. All the amenities were clean and well maintained. Place is very close to the Iya Valley and a kombini. Great host! Would love to stay longer.

Gorgeous newly renovated facility, squeaky clean with a lovely owner. Supermarket close by..24 hour Lawson's only 10 min drive away. Yamaha Cafe restaurant and bar is o ly 15 mins by car and an exceptional place to eat with 4.9 stars
