One can hardly feel that the it is actually quite small ( another good feature though, easy to fetch anything and all are at hand). Japanese-styled decoration with actual tatami, AC and a great bathroom and everything people can ask for in a hotel. Clean and new facilities, with a Japanese style public bath. Friendly staff and nice quiet place to stay. Tosei Hotel is a Japan local small chain hotel, this is second time I stay in Tosei hotel cocone. Recommend this if would use budget hotel. Breakfast cost 1650 YEN on today's price. I did not try breakfast due to early leave, the price is good, I believe it would be good.Guest review byWeever_United States
