Our luggage was delivered to the hotel before we arrived and staff placed the luggage in our room which was a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel. Staff was also very helpful when asked about nearby locations and hotel amenities. The location is great for a first/last night in Japan as there’s a direct limousine bus to and from Haneda that leaves from the station less than 2 blocks from the hotel. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient.
