The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type. Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.

It was so unbelievably good that when my partner and I returned to Tokyo later in our trip, we literally canceled our existing reservation just to come back here. I can’t overstate how perfect everything was: the design feels straight out of a futuristic film - from the sleek lobby to the stunning rooms with mesmerizing views, and even the building itself, which rises like a lighthouse over Shibuya. Everything! The level of attention to details in the design and facilities is quite remarkable (lighting placement; sliding doors, design is simple Japanese with a modern touch). Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a few different metro stations are within reach of the hotel. Room was very spacious with an excellent view of Tokyo skyline. Gym large and in good condition.
