Fantastic room, amazing service, great locations. The club service is really good for value, the pool was excellent. We really enjoyed the days here, we had a car and did good trips from the hotel. We had a small incident leaving one of our luggage in the room. The staff did everything, and we got the bag at the airport right before our departure. I was really impressed the way it was elegantly managed.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. When I cut my finger, one of the staff, Mr. Komesu provided me with bandage and medication on my finger to stop bleeding. I was impressed with his kind and helpful service.
