The staff were well trained, communicative, engaging, and friendly--very RARE in Japan. The key word is "engaging". Staff were helpful and friendly, a lot of complimentary goods like all Japanese hotels. The room can comfortably hold 2 people. It is a little bit older but the benefit outweighs the negatives. Our room even had pull out bed (but we only found out on our last night of stay). The staff were accommodating and can speak good English. They help you with your questions and concerns. The hotel is also very accessible or easy to go to the airport since it's the first stop of the airport bus.
