Loved the location and the room I had - we stayed at penthouse, a family of 4. It was absolutely gorgeous room, well-appointed. Japanese attention to detail with everything - we also had the rooftop, which was fantastic.

Amazing hotel and extremely friendly and polite staff who are super helpful. They provided me a complimentary room upgrade which was a huge plus thank you very much. The room is modern and very well equipped with two international sockets for your chargers in addition to a lot of USB inputs. The location is super convincing just inside JR Sapporo Station.

Public bath is wonderful. There is even free ice after the bath. The small stand in the lobby that sells drinks and fruits till late night is just great. The weighing scale locates in the lobby can be handy when preparing luggage for the next flight. The laundry facility is great and cheap. We washed and dried our clothes several times during our stay. We used airporter to ship our luggage from and to the airport and that went smooth with the help of the front desk staff. Location is great as there is a Shiden station right next to it.

    Close to the nakajima park metro station and it’s actually walkable distance from susukino. There’s 7-11 and seicomart downstairs, also many lawson from one block away. Apartment style accommodation so the kitchen is well equipped and the spacious living room is cozy.

    Location was great. It’s really close to the train, there is a convenience store right across the road and Nakajima park is also a short walk too. The staff were soo lovely. I’ll definitely be returning here when I come back to Sapporo. For those returning back to the airport, there is an airport bus just across the road :)

    The hotel was located near nakajima park, although it is not along the main road, still the location is very accessible to the train station. Just a 4 min walk to the exit 3 of Nakajima Koen (Namboku Line) and just near Susukino road. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and will gladly come again for our future Sapporo holidays. Thank you so much, Arrigato 😀

    The hotel location is super near to the train station and bus stop is just front of hotel for us to take direct bus to New Chitose airport. This is super convenient for us to travel around and easy access to any places. Only walking distance Susukino street and Nakajima Park. The prices is well worth with very nice breakfast who likes beef and sashimi.

    This stay offered stunning views of Nakajima Park, definitely a prime location in winter. It was a short 5 minute walk through the park to the closest subway station, Nakajima Koen, with many convenience stores around. The checkin process was smooth and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Anytime entering or exiting the hotel, we were always greeted and met with a smile. Every aspect of our stay here was outstanding and made our time in Sapporo comfortable and memorable.

    A comfortable unit with a combination of tatami and Western beds. Clean, well-maintained with a generous provision of amenities. Great location, easy walking distance to the pleasant Nakajima Park, where we had a lovely morning stroll. Nice to have a parking spot. Overall a great base to explore Sapporo and surrounding areas. We wish we had had more time to stay.
