Everything!! This is a beautiful hotel and located in a great location. Right below the hotel is the subway which makes traveling around the city a breeze. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Although the hotel is located in a very busy area it was still very quite. The breakfast buffet selection was 5 stars and they added special items each day. This will be the hotel I stay at everytime I visit Osaka.

The location is at the center of the Namba area, we were only 5 min away from all the adjacent main streets. there are 24-hr restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets nearby hence perfect for young travellers who like night life. This is a family trip for us. The room has a big living space and an open kitchen, perfect for us to make breakfast by ourselves in the morning.

The staff was amazing. Convenient location to Dotonbori and train station. On downtime the lobby is pretty chill to hang out and plan your next day or just unwind with a free coffee or drink. There is also a pool table which my daughter and I enjoyed. Everything was very artsy which made it fun and my family really enjoyed the look.

I recently stayed at The Flag Osaka - Shinsaibashi with my family (2 adults and 1 child) and had a fantastic experience. We booked a Deluxe Double Room, which was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. The location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk from the bustling Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, perfect for shopping and exploring the area. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and communicated well in English. We arrived early at 10 a.m. but couldn't check in until 3 p.m. However, we left our luggage in the lobby, and when we returned at 3:05 p.m., our luggage had already been delivered to our room—an impressive and thoughtful touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and everything we tried tasted fantastic. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka!
