AustraliaCouldn't endorse our stay in Citadines Namba more, firstly the rooms are very very generous by Japan city standards. Plenty of room to pack, sit down, relax.
The beds are very comfortable, slept very well here!
Gym facilities are very good, good selection of weights and cardio equipment.
Was perfectly situated for our needs, in the heart of DenDen town for the anime/video game lovers, 5 minutes from Kuromon market and only a 15-20 minute walk to Shinaibashi for more shopping, or Shinsekai
Staff very accommodating with all our requests from holding on to luggage for a few nights while we're in another town, taking deliveries, making restaurant reservations and helping us book cars. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

United StatesThe staff was amazing. Convenient location to Dotonbori and train station. On downtime the lobby is pretty chill to hang out and plan your next day or just unwind with a free coffee or drink. There is also a pool table which my daughter and I enjoyed. Everything was very artsy which made it fun and my family really enjoyed the look.

Location!!! Hotel was so easy to find and so many great places to eat, shop, and explore nearby. I especially like that once we step out of Namba Station, it is literally a direct/straight walk to the entrance. My partner especially loved that the room came with free access to the spa/onsen upstairs. And it wasn't even crowded!

I stayed here for 5 nights, 6 days and honestly it was the best hotel I stayed at for the two weeks I traveled across Japan. It located steps from Namba Station which is a huge plus. The staff working the hotel from the front desk to the restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a king room on the upper floors that overlooked Namba Station and the views at night were beautiful. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and the rainfall shower was a huge plus. Well worth the money.

It was an amazing place to stay in Osaka. Right at the heart of Namba station, 1 min away from the metro, street food, shops etc.
The hotel was well maintained, perfectly clean. Staff were polite and amazing with 24/7 support.
If you are a family or friends looking for a calm and friendly place to stay in Osaka, this is must stay place.

Rooms are standard Japanese small. They are not being clean every day but that's no problem if your not staying for very long. Hotel is near Dotonbori (shopping) and Namba station (great Metro and railway connections). Breakfast options are even more western that Japanese (I would say adapted to the guest profile).
Smoking area is on one of the hotels floors (not big but does the purpose).

Great location not far from Namba station. Good value. Rooms are smaller than western hotels (and 5 star Japanese hotels), however very good value for the cost. We were very happy with our stay and beds were comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and happy to assist with things like ordering taxis for us. Also have a coin laundry so we could wash some clothes which was great.

Our room was on the 26th floor and overlooked the whole of Osaka in an excellent location, really close to Namba station and attractions like the Yasaka Jinja, Dotomburi and loads more. Despite the hotel being so large lifts came quickly and the room was compact, clean, comfortable and had a great view. There was space for luggage storage in the room and the storage option when we departed was also very useful.

Location is amazing. A few steps from the Dotonbori canal with all the entertainement and food options around the corner. Namba station is also walking distance. Breakfast is great, with plenty of options - both Asian and Western. Excellent value option for Osaka. Room was clean, which is the standard in Japan.

Loved the location. Was really easy to find our hotel due to the location near Namba station. It made it easy to get to other areas of Osaka by train quickly. Also loved that we were only a 15 min walk from Dontonburi, so there were a lot of food options just a short distance away! The hotel room was spacious and comfortable! We would love to stay here again!

Just stayed overnight but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Right beside Namba station, so the location was perfect if you need to get to/from the airport or need to go to Shin Osaka station, and also just a 5/10 minute walk from the Dotonbori area where everything is.
Hotel is very well maintained and the staff were very efficient, would recommend.
