Great value and very comfortable and clean. Great location. It is within 5 min walk from Tobu Nikko station. Nice reception. Free hot spring. There are charge washing machine and drier. Reasonable and nice breakfast is available.

The common onsen is great but having the private onsen on the balcony is amazing! It's also quite fun to take your morning shower in the balcony but it's probably because we were there in April

They got onsen and give you yukata to wear. Totally suggest this hotel if you want to experience traditional hotel. The receptionist is super friendly, helpful and kind. The location is really great, you got a bus stop right in front of the hotel and there’s a lot of places to visit near the hotel. The view from my room is superb, I can see both the road and river from there. There’s a small refrigerator and locker too.

Small intimate hotel with an onsen and very nice restaurant. The room was spacious by Japanese standards. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was the only non-japanese guest at the hotel. The onsen was nice with a cold plunge and both indoor and outdoor pools.

    Location right next to Shinkyo bridge! 5 min drive away from Tobu nikko station. Walkable! Breakfast were excellent and Kaiseki dinner was superb and gorgeous! Onsen was beautiful and relaxing. Free pick up to and from hotel was a plus! Staff were very kind and helpful.

    The host is very friendly and welcoming. She has handful of maps ready with her if you need. The stay gives feeling of staying in Japanese house unlike hotel, which I loved. Location is great, really short walk from JR Nikko Station and Tobu Nikko Station. Breakfast was delicious. We told the host that we are vegetarian and she served veg breakfast.

    Directly across JR Nikko station, hotel allowed luggage to be stored on day of arrival and day of departure. Breakfast was OK yogurt, fruit cocktail, small salad, breads, hard boiled eggs, curry, tsukemono, & beef broth. Wish they had miso soup.

    The hotel is close to Tobu Nikko and JR Nikko station. It is a Japanese style hotel and the owners of the hotel are incredibly warm and lovely people who ensured we had a comfortable stay. I and my family are vegetarians. They accommodated our food preferences and prepared a FANTASTIC meal.

    The hotel is very conveniently located. We stayed here for one day so that we would be able to travel to Kegon Falls in the morning and do everything else that we wanted to do in Nikko. There is a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the bus takes you directly to Kegon Falls. The train station is also a quick 10 minute bus ride to Nikko station.

    Everything was very nice. Location, staff, apartment... After reaching the guest house, the owner of the guest house explained the route of well known places using map so we could plan very well to cover all places. Tobu-Nikko station, convenience store, hotels are near to the location of this guest house (walkable; around 7-10 minutes)

    Resort is away from the city in an onsen area that is excellent for relaxation. Walking around the hotel and lake areas was excellent. Service, especially the restaurant service, was flawless. Traditional Japanese meals in the hotel were fantastic. Shuttle bus provides the convenience getting in and out of the hotel from the Tobu-Nikko station (check pick up time).

    The hotel facilities were very nice. The front desk staff only spoke Japanese but we managed to understand one another. The massage chairs were amazing. The buffet - holy cow the amount of food. Our room was large and clean. We enjoyed the bath services inside the room and outside. There is a free shuttle. It is closer to the Tobu Nikko Station. We didn't' realize and took a taxi the day we arrived.

    The property had a large and beautiful premium suite with a private bath. The room is plentiful for one person. The hotel had great dinner and breakfast that was included at the stay. You can walk around the hotel to view the Japanese garden, Japanese arts, and aquariums around the building. Finally, the service was excellent. They had an English speaker who helped with all my needs. Great hotel that is close to Nikko station.
