Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and kind, the vibe of the building is just amazing, always feels heavenly here. The facilities are top notch with a clean gym and laundry service. Connectivity to stations is excellent and food delivery is very convenient as well.

    The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s spacious enough for a family, with a toilet that includes a bidet, a good shower, and even a multipurpose space. We really appreciated the laundry area, microwave, and fridge, which made things very convenient. The location is excellent—just downstairs there’s a convenience store, and Shin-Osaka Station is close by, making travel easy.

    This was a very nice stay. The room was bigger than expected, with separated toilet and bath, which is quite unusual in Japan. Breakfast was extremely good with a very good assortment of items, the best on my trip. Staff is nice and the hotel is surprisingly good for the price. It was very close to Shin-Osaka station making it very convenient for travelling both inside Osaka as well as to other cities.

    The hotel was very clean. The spa and the sauna were free and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very nice and helpful. They changed our towels every day. A lot of shops and restaurants are around. Osaka station was a 10-min walk from the hotel, so visiting many places was easy. In the afternoon they offer free coffee and tea in the hotel lobby plus some cookies and donuts. We were very pleased with our stay.

    This apartment was a fantastic choice for our trip. The unit itself was a great size, and the bathrooms were particularly spacious, which was a nice bonus. The location felt very safe, and we loved the convenience of having both a Lawson and a Family Mart just a few steps away. It was an easy 14-minute walk to both the local train station and the major Shin-Osaka station, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

    A beautiful, modern hotel with great city views and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for public transport and walking to key areas. The staff were polite and supportive. We enjoyed the sleek design of the building and the peaceful ambiance of the top-floor spa. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The location is very convenient — right by the metro and close to Osaka Station, making it easy to explore the city.

    Great location - 10 min walk to Osaka station, in walk to Fukushima station (better uncrowded access to KIX airport). Cosy, spacious, noise isolating pods - you can’t hear people snoring, which is the top quality in hostels. Clean and available showers (no queues), spacious common room. I could even have my Zoom calls in one separated by a screen. Close vicinity to restaurants but on calm street, 7eleven right opposite. Nice staff.

    Hotel is a few short blocks from Shin Osaka station. The rail lines run directly across the street from the hotel. Within the adequately sized room, trains can be faintly heard arriving and departing from about 0430 til midnight. Staff was helpful. Language was a difficulty in some cases so conversant Japanese is beneficial for the guest. Breakfast was ample and varied.
