The staff was very nice and helpful. They changed our towels every day. A lot of shops and restaurants are around. Osaka station was a 10-min walk from the hotel, so visiting many places was easy. The rail lines run directly across the street from the hotel. Within the adequately sized room, trains can be faintly heard arriving and departing from about 0430 til midnight. Staff was helpful.
