You can visit it at day and at night.
You can visit it at day and at night. Is like two different places with different experiences to experiment. You can find local restaurants and little Izakaya where you can eat the local cuisine. If you go, most of them only speak Japanese so you better know your way around the language. Or you can go with a guide.
