The hotel is situated in a prime location, near to Odori park, and the staff is consistently friendly and readily available to assist guests. The rooms are exceptionally clean and are equipped with all necessary amenities. Each room is furnished with a two-in-one washing and dryer machine, which is a significant plus. I would highly recommend this hotel and intend to return in the future again and again ( ◠‿◠ )

Perfect for a long stay in Sapporo — I wish I had stayed longer. Everything was perfect. The twin room we got was spacious, with large beds, a nice and clear view, and clean, quiet surroundings with easy access to Sapporo Station. The elevators were fast and reliable. There was daily free bottled water, cleaning and even a tote bag provided for shopping or onsen use. The bath towels and POLA toiletries were excellent — the shampoo is my new favorite! The pajamas were very comfortable, like a Muji style - wish I could take them home.

    Location is close to everything that we wanted to visit & public bus to Sapporo Beer Museum Plenty of restaurants nearby Hotel also hv lounge with drinks or make your own cocktails & snacks which is a nice way to unwind after getting back to hotel. Each family can only stay 30mins but if there's no other ppl around it is ok to stay a little longer. Friendly staff

    Amazing beds, showers, wonderful breakfast, great staff. Right across the street from the Sapporo Factory (this is a shopping mall on the site of the old factory, not to be confused with the Sapporo Beer Museum) which was convenient for some shopping and a bus stop.

    very well located and near Sapporo JR station. located near clock tower and Hokkaido university via 10 min walk. You can take the bus at JR station to Sapporo beer museum as well. Inside was quite comfortable.

    Good price for a party of 2. Seamless self check-in and check-out. Clean room with a balcony. A short walking distance to Sapporo station. We even took a stroll to Susukino area or to Sapporo Beer museum. We had a pleasant stay. We appreciate the staffs for their hard work.
