Great onsen with nice view , great service and room facilities

Great location, amazing view, very friendly staff. Room: amazing room, very clean, view lives up to itd expectation. Bathroom with view was amazing at night. The view was all windows was great, at night you can see rainbow bridge and all the other buildings lit beautiful. Location: located directly beside Toyosu station and the yurakucho and yurikamome lines. From there you can easily reach a lot of areas within ginza and odaiba. Breakfast: breakfast was good but I preferred the buffet dishes over the main dish (seafood option) There's also an airport limousine bus stop directly outside the hotel. So you can easily book a ride to get to the airport quick and hassle free!

We loved our stay here! at the beginning we were not sure if staying in this hotel or others in Shibuya/Shinjuku because of location but we ended up choosing this one, and it was the best decision for us! After touristing all day it was nice to come to a calm and quite neighborhood/hotel. The station is right in front of the hotel so is easy to move around tokyo (and you never stay in just one area). We had two full beds, so the room was bigger than other standard double rooms in other hotels. The convini store inside the hotel is amazing, anything you need is right there. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean rooms. They clean up the room and change towels everyday (not all hotels in tokyo do this everyday).

The location is perfect, only few minutes walk to the nearest stations. The hotel reception is unique with lots of books. The seating area for guests is large and you can alwway find a comfortable sofa to seat for chatting with friends or just seating alone looking out the windows. I have the feeling that I am in the national library. It is cozy, quiet and pleasant. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They help me to bring suitcases to the elevator and press the button for me to go to my floor. The bed was big and so comfortable. The room and the hotel in general are spotless clean. There is no strange smell like at other hotels. The hotel offers free tea and coffee at the reception. This is absolutely a plus compared to othe hotels. The sound isolation is good so even the hotel is in the center of Tokyo, you dont hear noise from traffic. I stayed two nights so the hotel doesn't provide room cleaning service due to eco policy. However, it is so clean that you dont need that if you keep your room clean by yourself. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time and will recommend my friends as well.
