Very large and comfortable king room with city view + breakfast; very rare in Tokyo at this price point. For us the quiet location in the harbour area was a big plus, less than 10 min train ride to/from Tokyo station, then 3 min walk to/from the hotel. Very convenient. Breakfast is very good. Many efficient elevators, never had to wait more than a minute. Nice lobby and dinning areas, a Family Mart kombini by the lobby.

Location of the hotel was excellent--a few minutes walk from Tokyo Station, making getting from the airport and taking the train elsewhere a breeze. Room was also very clean, which helped considering how snug it was.

The hotel is in a great location next to Tokyo station. The breakfast was very nice. The staff works so hard. It’s very busy during the breakfast hours. The staff helped us getting our bags sent to the next location.

Hotel is situated within a block and a half (or so) to Tokyo Station on the Yaesu side - yes it is a fabulous location. No faults in how clean the hotel is, and the beds were SO comfortable. The only fault was mine in that we stayed for only one night!
Staff were able to speak English beautifully.
Breakfast was nothing fancy, but filling to start the day of adventures.
I would stay here again when I travel to Japan again.

Location convenient if you need a hotel in the CBD area. It's very quiet on the weekends which is nice. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Otemachi station which will get you to Tokyo station or Ginza in under 10 minutes.

The location is in Tsukiji, so if you like Japanese style fish dishes, it is in the right location. The common Japanese style bath and sauna were nice bonuses, though at 6PM it was too crowded for my taste. The hotel is relatively convenient to the Tokyo station by taxi, especially when traffic is not busy. I appreciated the coffee that is available freshly brewed from a dispenser 24 hrs/day.

Our family of 4 adults LOVED Hotel Sails! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the suite was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the little snacks on the kitchen table and the morning coffee in the lobby. This hotel is on a quiet side street in the Minowa area with an all-important 7-11 store nearby. Special shout out to the morning clerk who went above and beyond to help us plan our route to Tokyo Station! We would happily stay here again.

We stayed there on the night we arrived from the US and the following. It was convenient that this hotel is just one minute walk from Takaracho station where we can get with one express train from Haneda Tokyo Airport. It's about 5 min walk to Tokyo Station, which was convenient as we were to take Shinkansen next day. Pajamas and amenities were much appreciated:)

Getting from NRT to Tokyo Bay (Disney) area: JR train from NRT to Tokyo station is easy. Transfer to line to Mirihama Station (to catch monorail) is NOT! Do not try to drag luggage. Having it shipped ahead of time to hotel is good plan. Be sure to communicate with hotel ahead of time so they will store it for you.
