The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and available to help with anything you need. The chef is absolutely amazing and prepares beautiful breakfasts. I also had dinner there several nights and the food was perfect at dinner too. The hotel is a great value and is in a nice, safe area next to the Karura forest.
